摘要
采用溶胶—凝胶方法制备出Al(OH) 3干凝胶 ,经煅烧得到Al2 O3纳米陶瓷粉 通过TEM、X射线衍射分析了样品的形貌、粒度、物相及其相变过程 对溶胶—凝胶法和共沉淀法制备的样品的相变过程进行了比较 ,结果表明 ,前者的相变过程比后者简单 ,且稳定相α -Al2
Al(OH) 3 drying gel are prepared with Al(NO 3) 3·9H 2O and (CH 2) 6N 4 by the process of sol-gel.Nano-sized Al 2O 3 ceramic powders are abtained by heating Al(OH) 3.TEM and X-ray diffraction show the shape,grain size and different phases of the sample.We compare with the phase transition process of the sample that prepared by sol-gel processing and chemical precipitation method.The results indicated that the phase transition process of the former is simpler than the later,and α-Al 2O 3 was obtained at lower temperature.
