摘要
本文分析了哈尔滨经济技术开发区优越的地理位置和区位条件 ,进而阐述了哈尔滨经济技术开发区的巨大区位作用 。
In this thesis the author andlyzes the favourable geographical position and locational conditions of Haerbin economic and technological development zones,and also eluborates its immense locational effect to show the necessity and feasibility to set up the development zones.
