浅谈女生体育课的教学改革

师范院校由于专业性质和社会需要所致 ,女学生人数较多 .她们的年龄大多在 1 7～ 2 0岁之间 ,正处在青春期 ,在形态、机能、性器官和第二性征等方面均发生着一系列变化 .因此 ,体育教学中必须以女生的生理心理特点为前提 。

There are more girlstudents in teacheris college according to the speciality and the social needs.They are in the days of their youth,at the age of 17to 20.A series of changes of the body shape,the function sexual organs and secondary sex characters appear.So we must conicder their physiological changes and psychological characters in the PE teaching first.We should arrange the teaching and training scentifically.
