摘要
选择30日龄健康荣昌仔猪12头,每组3头分为4组。选择盐酸左旋咪唑、猪基因工程干扰素及蜂胶液作为免疫接种猪细小病毒疫苗的免疫增强剂,按相同的免疫程序免疫接种试验猪1个月,于免疫接种前采集血液后,以后每隔7d采集一次血液制备血清,检测猪细小病毒抗体效价。比较各组猪细小病毒抗体水平消长曲线情况,分析3种免疫增强剂的免疫增强效果。结果表明,蜂胶作为猪细小病毒疫苗的免疫增强剂效果最好,平均滴度达1∶256;左旋咪唑次之,平均滴度为1∶128;干扰素较差,滴度介于1∶64~1∶128。统计分析表明,试验组及单一细小病毒疫苗对照组免疫接种前后猪细小病毒抗体效价差异极显著(P<0.01),3种免疫增强剂与单一细小病毒疫苗对照组差异显著(P<0.05),其中,蜂胶与单一细小病毒疫苗对照组及与干扰素组差异极显著(P<0.01),盐酸左旋咪唑与干扰素组及与蜂胶组间的抗体效价差异均不显著(P>0.05),干扰素与蜂胶组的猪细小病毒抗体效价差异显著(P<0.05)。
12 healthy Rong Chang pigs with 30-day old were chosen and divided into four groups with 3 Rong Chang pigs per group.The hydrochloric acid levorotat,pig genetic engineering interferon and propolis liquid were used as adjuvants,the Rong Chang pigs were immuned with pig parvovirus vaccine in the same immune program for one month.The blood were collected once before immunization and 4 times after immunization in a 7 day interval and the sera were prepared.The porcine parvovirus antibody titers were detected.According to the calculation method of average antibody titer,maping antibody level growth curve,of the three adjuvants and control group.With statistical methods of single factor and multiple comparison analysis,analyzing immuned effect on three adjuvants.Results showed that adjuvant effect of propolis is best,antibody titer of the porcine parvovirus is maximus.namely1∶256,statistical analysis of three adjuvants with the only Porcine Parvoviurs vaccineis significant difference(P0.05) propolis group is extremely significantly different(P0.01),difference between the interferon group and propolis group is sharp(P0.05).
