摘要
创新人才培养模式的关键是教学体系的创新,即形成以能力培养为主,学科逻辑体系为辅、实践性教学与理论学科逻辑体系两条线相融合的课程体系。我国高等教育的现有体系是理论学科逻辑体系,对教师的评价也仅满足于讲清楚程序化的理论内容。这与《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要》(以下简称纲要)所强调的"要着力提高学生的学习能力、实践能力、创新能力,教育学生学会知识技能,学会动手动脑,学会生存生活,学会做人做事,促进学生主动适应社会"的目标相差甚远,须加以改革,充分体现能力培养为主的教学思想,改革实践性教学。
The training mode of innovative talents is the key to innovation of teaching system,that is,the teaching system should be a mode with ability training priority to the logical subject system.However,higher education in our country focus on theory logic system,and whether a teacher is qualified or not only relies on whether he or she can give a clear explanation of the relative theories,so it obviously disagrees with the National Medium and Long-term Educational Reform and Development Program,which emphasizes the training of students' learning abilities,practical abilities,innovation abilities,and also asks to teach students to learn how to make a life,how to live and work,and so on.As what is shown above,the training mode should be reformed to focus on ability training.
