摘要
对抗HYP和抗盐的葡萄变异细胞系进行了比较分析 ,结果表明抗HYP变异系细胞的脯氨酸含量是抗盐变异系的 2 .86倍 .在盐胁迫下 ,抗HYP变异系吸收的K+和Na+含量高于抗盐变异系 ,但二者的K+/Na+比值相近 .抗HYP变异系的耐盐和耐PEG的能力 ,明显比抗盐变异系强 .实验表明在筛选葡萄抗逆变异系过程中 ,以HYP作为选择压力更为适合 .
Comparative study was made between the two variant cell lines resistant to hydroxyproline(RH)and resistant to salt(RS)in vitis vinifera.The results showed that the proline content in RH was 2.86 times as much as the content in RS;the K+ and Na+ content absorbed in RH was more than that in RS,but the K+/Na+ values in two lines were very close;the response of cell line to NaCl and PEG was also compared between RH and RS,RH exhibited much greater tolerance to the tested stress condition than RS.Experiments showed the hydroxyproline was more suit than NaCl as a selection pressure in isolating variant cell line of grapvine.
