摘要
通过对聊城市春季蔬菜细菌总数、大肠杆菌群数及肠道致病菌的测定 ,为上市蔬菜的生物污染做了综合评价 ,结果有 47%的蔬菜受到了不同程度的污染 ,5 3%的尚属基本清洁 .
The microbe contaminate of vegetables in season were conprehensively appraised through measuring the amount of bactaria,the amount of Escherichia coli colony,and the amount of infective bactaria in alimentary canal.The result showed that forty-seven percent of the vegetables were contaminated in varying degree,and fifty-three percent of them were clean in the main.
