摘要
采用问卷调查法,以国内十三家大型企业集团75个工作团队共334名团队成员为研究对象,探讨了团队内沟通对创新行为的影响及其内在作用机制。实证结果表明:团队内沟通对创新行为有显著的正向影响,知识共享在其过程中起着部分中介作用;工作单位结构调节团队内沟通同创新行为之间的关系:相对机械式结构而言,在有机式结构中,团队内沟通越强,员工创新行为越高。
The sample is constituted of 75 teams comprising 334 employees collected from 13 large companies in China. We explore three models to test individual-level effects, team-level effects, and cross-level interaction effects on employee innovative behavior respectively. Theoretical hypotheses are tested by structural equation model and hierarchical regression model. The result shows that team communication within the work group has positive effect on innovative behavior; knowledge the work group to innovative behavior within the work group and innovative be sharing is found mediated the relationships of team communication within work unit structure moderates the relationship between team communication havior that the relationship is stronger in organic than in mechanistic structure.
