顶岗实习过程管理的实践与探索1——以蚌埠学院为例

Research and Practice on the Process Management of Post Practice——Taking Bengbu College as an example

顶岗实习是推进高校工程化实践教学培养应用型人才的有效途径,笔者结合蚌埠学院2009级在校专科生的顶岗实习教学过程管理的经验,总结实习过程管理中中存在的主要困难和问题,并提出相应对策,为以后进行的实习过程管理提供参考。

Internship is to advance college of engineering practice teaching which cultivate applied talents in an ef- fective way. The author combines process management experience in post practice of Bengbu College students in the 2009, summed up the practice process management in the main existing difficulties and problems, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasure, for the future management to provide reference.
