不同程度干眼症患者中央角膜厚度的临床分析

Clinical analysis of central corneal thickness in patients with different degree of dry eye.

目的探讨正常人和不同程度干眼症患者中央角膜厚度。方法应用Orbscan角膜地形图系统检测正常人30例(60只眼)及不同程度干眼症患者各30例(60只眼)的中央角膜厚度。结果不同程度干眼症患者的中央角膜厚度分别为(0.553±0.025)mm、(0.547±0.030)mm及(0.540±0.019)mm,正常人群中央角膜厚度为(0.559±0.027)mm,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论干眼症患者的中央角膜厚度与正常眼差异无统计学意义。

Objective To evaluate the central corneal thickness in patients with dry eye. Methods The central corneal thickness was detected in 30 patients with dry eye （60 eyes） and 30 healthy individuals （60 eyes） by Orbscan corneal topograph. Results The mean central corneal thickness was （0.553±0.025） mm, （0.547±0.030） mm and （0.540±0.019） mm for patients with mild, moderate, severe dry eye, respectively. The mean central corneal thickness was （0.559±0.027） mm for healthy individuals. There was no statistically significant difference in the mean central corneal thickness between the patients with dry eye and healthy individuals （P0.05）. Conclusion Central central corneal thickness measurements do not differ significantly in patients with dry eye, compared with healthy control subjects.
