聚焦解决模式在改善手足外科患者心理状态及生存质量中的价值

Value of solution focused approach in improving the psychological state and life quality of patients in department of Hand and Foot Surgery.

目的探讨聚焦解决模式在改善手足外科患者心理状态及生存质量中的应用价值。方法将2010年4月至2012年2月于本院手足外科进行治疗的72例患者随机分为对照组和观察组每组各36例,对照组采用常规的护理程序进行干预,观察组则采用聚焦解决模式进行护理干预,然后将两组患者干预前及干预后1个月、3个月的汉密顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分、90项症状自评量表(SCL-90)评分与健康调查简表(SF-36)评分进行评估及比较。结果干预后1个月及3个月观察组的HAMA、HAMD评分7分以下比例均高于对照组,SCL-90评分低于对照组,SF-36评分高于对照组,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论聚焦解决模式在改善手足外科患者心理状态及生存质量中的价值较高,可有效改善患者的综合生存状态。

Objective To study the application value of solution focused approach in improving the psychological state and life quality of patients in department of Hand and Foot Surgery. Methods 72 patients in department of Hand and Foot Surgery from April 2010 to February 2012 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 36 cases in each group.The control group were intervened with routine nursing,and the observation group with solution focused approach, and then the Hamilton Anxiety Scale（HAMA）, Hamilton Depression Scale（HAMD）, 90 Symptom Scale （SCL-90） and Short Form health survey （SF-36 score） of two groups before and after the intervention at the first month and the third month were evaluated and compared. Results After the intervention at the first month and the third month, the rate of HAMA and HAMD score7 points in observation group were all higher than those in control group; SCL-90 score were in observation group all lower than those in control group;SF-36 score were all higher in observation group than those in control group,all with the P0.05. Conclusion Solution focused approach has the important value in improving the psychological state and life quality of patients in department of Hand and Foot Surgery,and hence can significantly improve the comprehensive survival condition.
