干细胞治疗脊髓损伤的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 脊髓损伤是中枢神经系统的严重创伤,其损伤后自身的修复能力非常有限,致残率和病死率均非常高,如何有效地促进损伤脊髓的再生与修复一直是医学研究领域的难点和热点。近年来随着干细胞技术的发展,各种干细胞以其强大的增殖、分化潜能为脊髓损伤的治疗提供了新的思路和方法。
