摘要
地产赤子爱胜蚓 ( Eiseniafoelide)与已被证实有确切溶栓药效的参环毛蚓 ( Pheretima aspergillum )为同科动物 ,但其溶栓作用未见报道 .本文对参环毛蚓、鲜赤子爱胜蚓及鲜赤子爱胜蚓的不同部位溶栓作用进行了比较 ,证实地产鲜赤子爱胜蚓的溶栓作用优于参环毛蚓 。
Local Eisenia foelide is the same sort with Pheretima aspergillum which is known to be effective in treating thrombus,but there is no report before for the function of Eisenia foelide treating cerebrovascjuar.In this paper,comparison is made between Pheretima aspergillum and fresh Eisenia foelide and its different parts for their function of treating thrombus.The experimental result shows that Eisenia foelide is more effective than Pheretima aspergillum,and the best effective part of fresh Eisenia foelide has been select in treating thrombus.
