摘要
本文以 4名少年女子运动员为对象 ,以血流图为研究手段 ,通过1min的快速深蹲起的诱发试验 ,对运动后的血液供应情况进行了初步研究 ,并与安静时血图各项指标进行了对照 .探讨了运动前后肢体的血管紧张度。
This paper takes four sportswomen of juvenile athlets as the object of study,takes graph of limbs blood flow as method,the conditions of blood supplies (after sports) were investigated by way of fast standup-squat induction test 1 min.
