The Approaches to the Social Problems Induced from Internet

对 Internet的概念及发展趋势作了简要介绍 ,对其功能、服务项目、世界各国使用及开发情况作了较详细的论述 ,并对其所带来的社会问题对社会各个阶层、使用机构的影响进行探讨 ,针对这些问题提出解决的方法及对策 .

This paper introduces briefly the concept and the tendency of Internet development firstly, and discusses in detail the function, service item and exploration of Internet. At last, the author probe into the influence on the social estates and institution who have used Internet. On the induced social problems, this paper put forward the approaches to these problems.
