2008-2010年医院消毒灭菌效果监测与分析

Surveillance of effect of disinfection and sterilization in a general hospital from 2008 to 2010

目的了解医院消毒与灭菌质量,为加强医院感染管理提供依据。方法按照卫生部相关标准对医院消毒灭菌相关物品进行采样、检测。结果物体表面、手培养监测合格率为100.0%;灭菌设备、灭菌物品、消毒物品、透析用水及透析液细菌菌落数监测平均合格率100.0%;使用中的消毒剂、灭菌剂、紫外线灯辐照强度、空气监测合格率也均处于较高水平。结论由于消毒相关法律法规及操作技术规范的不断完善和监督管理的力度逐渐加大,以及医护人员消毒意识与知识水平的提高等诸因素的影响,促使医院消毒工作质量得到不断提高。

OBJECTIVE To understand the quality of sterilization and disinfection in hospital in order to provide basis for the management of nosocomial infections.METHODS According to relative standard of ministry of health,the sampling and surveillance were carried out to the objects concerning the disinfection.RESULTS In the past 3 years,the qualified rates of the surveillance of object surface culture and the hand culture were 100.0%;the average qualified rates of the surveillance of bacterial colonies on the sterilizers,sterilization objects,disinfection objects,dialysis water or dislysate were 100.0%;the qualified rates of the surveillance of the used disinfectants,sterilant,ultraviolet lamp radiation strength and air were at an elevated level.CONCLUSION The laws and regulations correlated with disinfection and operating technological specification have constantly improved,the awareness and knowledge of the medical staff have been elevated,which promote the continuous improvement of disinfection quality in the hospital.
