一次性使用血袋采购评估的质量控制

Quality control of procurement of disposable blood bags

目的探讨一次性使用血袋采购评估过程中的质量控制要点,合理评估一次性使用血袋的质量,有效把握血袋的使用安全。方法通过明确一类否决指标、二类核心指标和各相关部门在试用评估过程中的职责,采用项目质控点、计算分值的方法进行一次性使用血袋的采购评估。结果此种评估方法能够真正采购到高质量、合格的一次性使用血袋,保证血液质量,减少血液报废及细菌污染性输血反应的发生。结论通过量化采购评估标准,让日常使用者直接参与采购评估全过程,能较合理地解决一次性使用血袋采购的难点。

OBJECTIVE To discuss the key points of quality control of the disposable blood bags procurement,reasonably assess the quality of disposable blood bags to effectively grasp the safe use of blood bags.METHODS The disposable blood bag procurement was evaluated by identifying the class I veto index,class II core index and the responsibility of the related departments of the trial functions in the assessment process,then the project qc point and the scores calculation were adopted.RESULTS Such assessment could actually ensure the procurement of high-quality and qualified disposable blood bags as well as the blood quality,meanwhile,reducing the scraping and bacterial contamination of blood transfusion reactions.CONCLUSION Through the quantitative evaluation standard procurement,the daily users′ directly involving in the procurement and evaluation process can be a reasonable solution to the difficulty of purchasing disposable blood bags.
