改良纸塑袋封口切割工作站效果评价

Impact of modified paper and plastic bags cutting sealing workstation on work efficiency

目的评价纸塑袋封口切割工作站改良对工作效率的影响。方法选择4个有切割纸塑包装袋经验的人员,每人分别使用改良前和改良后切割机切割250mm长的3M品牌纸塑包装袋100个,对改良前和改良后的两组结果进行切割所需时间、切割精准度及人员舒适度对比。结果切割100个纸塑包装袋改良前平均时间为7min,改良后平均时间为4min;改良前切割长度精准合格率为94.0%,改良后切割长度精准合格率为99.8%,舒适度改良前人员为19.8%,改良后人员为100.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论改良的纸塑袋封口切割工作站能大大缩短工作时间,提高切割长度精准度,同时增加工作人员的舒适度,明显提高工作效率。

OBJECTIVE To evaluate the influence of improved paper plastic bag sealing cutting workstation on the work efficiency.METHODS Totally four staff experienced on cutting paper plastic bag packaging were selected,each person cut 100 250mm-long paper and plastic bags（made by 3M） by respectively using the cutting machine before and after the modification.The cutting time,cutting length accuracy,and the comfort of the operators of the two groups were compared.RESULTS It needed the mean time of 7 min to cut 100 paper-plastic packaging bags before the improvement,and 4 min after the improvement;the qualified rate of the cutting length accuracy was 94.0% before the improvement and 99.8% after the improvement;the comfort of the staff was 19.8% before the improvement and 100.0% after the improvement,the differences were statistically significant（P0.01）.CONCLUSION The modified plastic bag cutting sealing workstation can significantly shorten the working time and improve the cutting length accuracy,while increasing the staff＇s comfort,and improving the work efficiency significantly.
