摘要
在温度为25℃的恒温条件下,研究了0、15、75、750、1 000lx不同光照强度对红花芽菜生物学产量和维生素C含量的影响。结果表明:在15lx光照条件下芽菜的净菜产量最高,100g种子可以收获453.12g净菜,在1 000lx光照强度下红花芽菜维生素C含量最高,为8.235mg/100g。因此,红花芽菜培养过程中,最佳光照条件前期为15~75lx,后期是1 000lx左右。
Under the conditions of temperature 25℃,the effect of different light intensity(0,15,75,750,1 000 lx) on the biomass yield and content of vitamin C of safflower sprouts were studied.The results showed that the highest yield was got at 15 lx,for 100 g seeds could harvest 453.12 g cleaned safflower sprouts,meanwhile,the content of vitamin C was at peak of 8.235 mg/100g treated 1 000 lx.In conclusion,in the cultivation process of safflower sprouts,the optimum light intensity was 15~75 lx at prophase and 1 000 lx at anaphase technique.
