修武县级公立医院改革的成效及思考

县级公立医院试点改革是今年我国医改的重点工作之一,作为早于全国县级公立医院改革的河南修武县,在医改中以基本药物零差率为突破口,探索财政补偿机制,深入推进医院人事分配制度改革,提升卫生服务能力,有很多经验值得总结,也引发了我们关于医改之路的一些思考。

Public hospitals reform at the county level is one of the key works in Chinese medical reform this year. Xiuwu County Public Hospitals start the reform prior to the county hospital reform in the country,which seek the zero price difference of the essential drugs as its breakup, explore the financial compensation system,intensify the personnd assignment reform of the hospital, and promote the ability of health service. Therefore, they have some experiences to sum up, which cause the reflection of the way of the medical reform of the public hospitals.
