摘要
食品安全风险评估作为食品安全科学监管的重要手段,对于促进食品安全具有积极作用。针对风险评估在我国初步实践过程中所出现的一些问题,文章提出了相应的改进措施,包括拓宽沟通协调途径、加强数据共享、通过外部的力量加以规范和平衡、建立适当的评估模型,加强基础研究等。
The Chinese Health Service Management. Abstract As an important means to supervise food safety, risk assessment can significantly promote food safety. Based on analyzing the problems of risk assessment in China, some countelvleasures were put forward, such as widening the pathway to co- operate with each other, sharing information, resorting to outer balance, developing evaluation model, and strengthening basic researches.
