摘要
目的:了解安徽省某市村卫生室/服务站人力资源结构现状及变化趋势,为该市区域卫生规划提供依据。方法:采用自制调查表对全市所有村卫生室/服务站逐一收集卫生人员的相关特征资料;并采用统计图、构成比对数据进行描述性分析。结果:共获得10508名人员的数据;样本地区男女人员比例失衡,近2年,女性人员增长快于男性;学历以中专为主,大专及以上构成比例很低;;曾出现一次较大的人员流出。结论:村卫生室/服务站人员结构不合理,存在众多亟待解决的问题。
Objective To study the status and historical trend of human resources of health clinics in rural Anhui, and provide references for the city's regional health planning. Methods The information of all the staffs in village health clinics and community service stations was collected with self-designed questionnaires, and analyzed with cartogram and constituent ratio. Results Data of 10508 staffs was obtained. The proportion of male to female was out of balance. And the increase rate of female staffs was higher than that of male in recent 2 years. Most staffs had education background of technical secondary school. Few of them had diploma of junior college and above. A noticeable staff outflow had once happened. Conclusion The composition of staffs in village health clinics and community service stations is unreasonable,which needs to be improved.
