食品安全检验检测的现状调查及对策研究——以重庆市九龙坡区为样本

Investigating the Status in quo of Food Safety Inspection and providing the suggestions——Making Chongqing as a Sample

目的:以重庆市九龙坡区为例分析我国目前食品安全检验检测体系及资源配置中存在的问题,并针对现有问题提出政策建议。方法:采用整群抽样调查方法对九龙坡区所有涉及食品安全检验检测的机构进行调查。结果:九龙坡区食品安全检验检测机构实验室建设已初具规模,检测能力较强,年均检测样品近1万件。食品安全检验检测年均收入低于财政投入。结论:目前虽然食品安全检验检测已取得一定成效,但还存在较多问题。针对现存问题提出政策建议对完善食品安全检验检测具有重要的现实意义。

Objectives To investigate the questions and the distribution of resources in the food inspection and testing system in Jiulongpo district, Chongqing City, and to providing the suggestions to deal with those questions. Methods Cluster sampling was used to investigate all the facilities which involved food safety inspection and testing in Jiulongpo district. Results The laboratories of food safety inspection and testing have been constructed, which checked almost 10 thousand specimens per year. The annual earnings of the laboratories of food safety inspection and testing were lower than financial investment into it. Conclusion The food safety inspection and testing has many questions, though it has already obtained some achievements. It is very important to give policy suggestions according to the existing problems for improving the food safety inspection and testing system.
