山东省职业外照射个人剂量监测工作技术考核结果分析

Analyzing the result of evaluating individual dose monitoring techniques of occupational external exposure of radiation in Shandong Province

目的:通过对2008～2011年山东省职业外照射个人剂量监测服务机构的技术考核,了解山东省个人剂量监测工作运行现状,为提高全省职业外照射个人剂量监测整体水平提供指导。方法:各监测机构准备个人剂量计,由山东省疾病预防控制中心在标准条件下照射后,返回各单位测量。通过测量值与实际照射值间的偏差来评估被考核单位的监测质量和工作情况。结果:山东省2008～2011年度参加技术考核单位的合格率呈逐年上升趋势,依次为42%、50%、75%和92%。结论:通过在全省开展技术考核,发现工作中存在的问题,在加强监测管理、更新仪器设备和采取技术指导等措施后,山东省职业外照射个人剂量监测工作整体水平逐年提高。

Objective To evaluate the institutions＇ techniques of individual dose monitoring of occupational external exposure of radiation from 2008 to 2011 in Shandong Province, and provide guidance for improving individual close monitoring techniques. Methods Dosimeters were exposed in standard conditions by Shandong Center for Disease Contro] and Prevention, and measured by monitoring institutions. The deviation between measured value and true value was used to evaluate the institutions＇ monitoring quality. Results The rate of qualified institutions kept increasing from 2008 to 2011 ,which were 42% ,50% ,75% and 92%, re- spoctive]y. Conclusion The individual dose monitoring techniques of occupational external exposure of radiation in Sbendong Prov- ince has been improved by strengthening management, renewing equipments and adopting technical guidance.
