重庆初中学校开展艾滋病健康教育的定性研究

摘要 目的:了解重庆地区初中学校艾滋病健康教育开展现况,以促进青少年预防艾滋病。方法:采用定性研究方法,包括专题小组访谈和个人深入访谈。结果:初中生对艾滋病基本知识有所了解,但仍存在不正确认知;有不歧视、不排斥艾滋病感染者及患者的意识,但缺乏对艾滋病的警惕性。学校及相关部门对预防艾滋病健康教育工作重视程度不够。结论:加强领导与协调,全面促进学校艾滋病健康教育。 Objective To investigate the status of HIV/AIDS health education in junior middle schools in Chongqing, and promote HIV/AIDS prevention in teenagers. Methods A qualitative survey was carried out by focus group interview and in'depth interview. Results The students had basic knowledge on HIV/AIDS, and had awareness of non-discrimination against HIV/AIDS. However,they still had some incorrect knowledge and shortage of alertness. The schools and relevant departments didn't pay e- nough attention to health education on HIV/AIDS. Conclusion Health education on HIV/AIDS in middle schools should be promoted by strengthening leadership and cooperation.
