摘要
试验研究了栽培瓶接种后5 d、13 d、20 d、25 d,并分别进行25℃恒温刺激12 h、24 h、36 h、48 h后对出菇产量的影响。结果表明,25℃刺激12 h或24 h,不同菌龄栽培瓶产量减少不显著;而25℃刺激36 h或48 h,越是菌龄长的栽培瓶,刺激后减产显著。
While growing 5 days, 13 days, 20 days and 25 days after inoculation, the mycelial were separately treated for 12 h, 24 h, 36 h and 48 h at 25℃. The results showed that the yield of cultivation bottle of treating at 25℃ for 12 h or 24 h did not decrease so significantly in comparison with the control, while for that of treating at 25℃ for 36 h or 48 h, the older the mycelium, the more significantly the yield decreased.
