基于Lucene搜索引擎的非结构化电子病历检索系统

Retrivel System of Non-structure Electronic Medical Record Based on Lucene Search Engine

在结构化电子病历出现前,各医院已经积累了大量的非结构化电子病历数据。这些非结构化文档蕴含了大量的医学信息,如何高效地从中提取信息并用于临床研究显得尤为重要。为此,本文提出利用Lucene搜索引擎工具建立非结构化电子病历检索系统,用于对非结构化文档进行检索。该系统的使用,使非结构化电子病历在实际临床工作中发挥了重要作用。

Before the appearance of structured electronic medical record（EMR）, hospitals had accumulated lots of non-structured EMR data, which contains much medical information. It is important to extract information used in clinical research. This paper puts forward a method of using Lucene search engine to construct non-structured EMR, which is used in searching non-structured document. The application of this system makes important use of non-structured EMR in research work.
