Exploration of Qulity Control on Medical Ventilator

我院采用中国人民解放军总后勤卫生部颁发的《呼吸机质量检测技术规范》为依据,以FLUKE公司生产的VT-Plus-HF气体分析仪为标准仪器,检测呼吸机的各项参数。经过多年的质量检测,发现了一些平时不易察觉的问题,认识到呼吸机质量控制检测的必要性和重要性。并以现试行的技术规范为依据,科学制定了呼吸机的检测流程,不仅可以降低不合格率,还能强化日常维护管理制度,提高维修水平,确保医疗安全。

Based on Quality Detection Technology Standards of Ventilator presented by General Logistics Department, we tested parameters of ventilator using FLUKE VT-PIus-HF gas analyzer. By summarizing experience of quality test for many years, we found some indistinguishable problems and realized the necessity and importance of quality control test of ventilator. Based on current trial technical regulations, we scientifically establish the test procedures of ventilator, which could not only reduce defective percent, but also strengthen daily maintenance and management, so as to improve maintenance level and ensure medical safety.
