由“三基三严”探究医院临床医学工程内涵建设

Exploration to Connotation Construction of Clinical Engineering Based on "Three Basics and Three Stricts"

本文由卫生部推行的"三基三严"("三基"即:基本理论、基本知识、基本技能;"三严"即:严格要求、严谨态度、严肃作风)考核培训与管理制度,探究医院临床医学工程学科内涵体系建设规范的有效途径,以期改进学科发展过程中存在的问题。从训练计划、培训内容、组织形式和师资队伍建立、考核方式等几方面,研究适合于医学工程部门实践的基本理论、基本知识、基本技能训练考核方案,从学科"公共三基"和"专业三基"角度分别论述。医学工程部门建立长效机制推行医学工程三基训练与考核方案,有利于从业人员整体素质和自身工作内涵质量的提升,有利于学科长期可持续发展。

This paper aims to explore effective methods of constructing connotation system of clinical engineering based on the regulation of examination, training and management, namely, ＂Three Basics and Three Stricts＂（basic theory, basic knowledge, basic skill; strict demands, strict altitude, strict behavior）, also researches the suitable examination scheme of basic theory, knowledge and skill from aspects of training plan, training content, organization form, establishment of teachers group and examination scheme. Establishing long-term mechanism in medical engineering deparlment to promote ＂three basics＂ training and examination scheme is conductive to improving the quality of staffs and working connotation, and long-term sustainable development of medical engineering.
