摘要
办公自动化是医院信息化建设中管理系统的重要组成部分,是实现信息共享化、公文无纸化、流程规范化、工作高效化的全新办公模式。通过对医院办公自动化进行文献计量学分析,探讨医院办公自动化与国家卫生政策、医院信息化建设的关系,分析医院办公自动化在国内医院应用中存在的主要问题,并提出实施的基本策略,为该系统的进一步推广与发展提供科学依据。
The office automation is not only an important part of management system for hospital information construction, but also a new kind of office mode to realize information sharing, document paperless, process standardization and work efficiency. Through the metrology analysis to literature of hospital office automation, this paper discusses on the relationship between office automation and state health policy and hospital information construction, points out the existing problems for hospital office automation in hospital application of our country, and puts forward the basic strategy implementation, in order to provide scient!fic reference for further improvement of the system.
