摘要
肺胀为临床常见慢性肺系疾病,脾为后天之本、气血生化之源,脾虚在痰饮及瘀血的形成中起着重要作用,影响着本病的发病及转归,文章试根据中医传统理论对肺胀与脾虚的关系进行探讨。
Pulmonary distension is a chronic lung disease commonly encountered in clinic.The spleen is acquired foundation and source of producing qi and blood.Spleen deficiency plays an vital role in forming sputum and blood stagnation,and affects the onset as well as improvement of disease.This paper is to discuss the relationship between pulmonary distension and spleen deficiency according to theory of TCM.
