摘要
目的:探讨抑郁在围绝经期月经失调发病中的作用及中药联合高压氧干预效果。方法:①采用整群抽样与问卷调查方式对围绝经期妇女中月经失调患者964例,用SPSS 17.0建立数据库并进行统计学分析。②选择抑郁合并月经失调患者50例,对照分析中药联合高压氧干预后的效果。结果:①在调查的1798例围绝经期妇女中,月经失调患者964例,占53.6%,在964例月经失调患者中,抑郁者占54.3%(523/964),与月经失调的关系经检验(P<0.01),有相关性;且抑郁评分均值(49.97±10.15)明显高于国内常模。②中药联合高压氧干预对月经改善率为96.67(P<0.01);HAMD、E2、FSH两组比较均有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:经初步调查分析显示,抑郁是围绝经期月经失调的重要因素;中药联合高压氧能有效改善围绝经期月经失调妇女的抑郁症。
Objective:To observe the role of depression in menstrual disorder during perimenopausal period and the intervention effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined with hyperbaric oxygen.Methods:①The cluster sampling and questionnaire survey were used on 964 cases of perimenopausal women with menstrual disorders and SPSS17.0 was used to create the database and do the statistical analysis.②50 cases of depression combined with menstrual disorders were selected,comparatively analyzing the effect after the intervention of traditional Chinese medicine combined with hyperbaric oxygen.Results:①In a survey of 1798 perimenopausal women,964 cases with menstrual disorder,accounting for 53.6%,among 964 cases of menstrual disorder,depression cases accounted for 54.3%(523/964),there was a correlation between depression and menstrual disorder(P〈0.01).The mean score of depression(49.97 ±10.15)was significantly higher than normal levels of domestic.②The menstrual improvement rate of traditional Chinese medicine combined with hyperbaric oxygen was 96.67(P〈0.01);HAMD,E2 and FSH between two groups had significant difference(P〈0.05).Conclusion:After preliminary investigation analysis,it shows that depression is an important factor of menstrual disorder in perimenopausal period;traditional Chinese medicine combined with hyperbaric oxygen can effectively improve depression of women with menstrual disorder during perimenopausal period.
