中医体质与酒精性脂肪肝的相关性研究

Research on Correlation Between TCM constitution and Alcoholic Fatty Liver

酒精性脂肪肝(AFL)是指因摄入酒精所引起的肝细胞内脂质蓄积超过肝湿重5%的肝损害性疾病,是临床最常见、最早期的酒精性肝病之一。其危害已引起全球性的高度关注。北京中医药大学王琦教授研究提出中国人体质可分为9种。酒精性脂肪肝的发病与体质有一定关系,其中湿热质、痰湿质、血瘀质是酒精性脂肪肝发生的重要体质因素。文章探讨了体质与酒精性脂肪肝的相关性,研究酒精性脂肪肝患者的体质因素,对该病的临床诊断、治疗、预防具有重要的指导意义。

Alcoholic fatty liver（AFL） is a kind of liver injury caused by lipid accumulation in liver cell is more than 5% of liver weight because of alcohol intake.It is one of the most common and early liver diseases in clinic.Its harm is the focus of the globe.Prof.Wang Qi from Beijing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,researched and put forward that Chinese constitutions could be divided into 9 kinds.There is some certain correlation between the pathogenesis of AFL and constitution,and damp-heat,phlegm-dampness,blood-stasis are the key constitutions.This paper studied the correlation between constitution and AFL,studied the constitution factor of AFL patients.It has important directive significance to clinical diagnosis,treatment and prevention of the desease.
