A research on the essential factors of football coach

运用社会学、心理学和模糊数学等方法对职业足球教练员应具备的素质做了定性、定量的综合性研究 ,并进行了排序和权重分析 .结果可为今后职业足球教练员的培养、选拔、评价和任用提供一定的理论依据 .

Sociology,psychology and fuzzy mathematics were employed to make a deeper study of the factors which football coach must possess.The results of the study showed that these factors include moral character,managing ability,professional proficiency of football knowledge,emotion factor,social ablity and so on.In addition,some suggestions were put forward in accordance with these factors.
