应用谢强温鼻煦窍饮治疗常年性变应性鼻炎肺气虚寒证临床观察

Clinical Observation of 60 Cases of Perennial Allergic Rhinitis of Lung-Qi Deficiency and Cold Syndrome Treated with XIE Qiang's Wenbi Xuqiao Decoction

目的:观察谢强经验方温鼻煦窍饮对常年性变应性鼻炎肺气虚寒证患者的临床疗效。方法:随机分组研究,分为温鼻煦窍饮组(治疗组)和氯雷他定组(对照组),样本量60例,治疗组服用温鼻煦窍饮,对照组服用氯雷他定,疗程4周,观察临床综合疗效及主要症状体征疗效。结果:温鼻煦窍饮组总有效率94.2%;对照组总有效率64.0%,经统计学检验,两组疗效有非常显著差异(P<0.01);温鼻煦窍饮组能明显改善鼻痒、喷嚏、流涕、鼻塞、鼻甲肿大等临床症状。结论:温鼻煦窍饮是治疗常年性变应性鼻炎肺气虚寒证的有效方剂,值得扩大样本含量进一步研究。

Objective：Observation of the clinical curative effect of XIE Qiang＇s Wenbi Xuqiao decoction in the treatment of perennial allergic rhinitis of lung-Qi deficiency and cold syndrome.Methods：Randomized controlled study was made on the sample of 60 cases,which were divided into the Wenbi Xuqiao decoction group（treatment group）and the Loratadine group（control group）.The treatment group use XIE Qiang＇s Wenbi Xuqiao decoction and the control group took Loratadine.Both the two groups were treated for 4 weeks.The clinical synthesis curative effect and the main symptoms curative effect were observed.Results：The total efficiency in Wenbi Xuqiao decoction group was 94.2%,in the control group was 64.0%,there was a significant difference（P0.01）between the two groups.Wenbi Xuqiao decoction can significantly improve the efficacy of clinical symptoms including nasal itching,sneezing,runny nose,stuffy nose and turbinate enlargement.Conclusion：Wenbi Xuqiao decoction is an effective prescription for treatment of perennial allergic rhinitis of lung-Qi deficiency and cold syndrome,it is worth further studying with larger sample content.
