摘要
目的:筛选针刺内关穴并采用捻转手法改善大脑中动脉阻塞模型(MCAo)Wistar大鼠神经功能行为学最佳针刺频率和时间优化方案。方法:参照Zea-Longa线拴法复制Wistar大鼠MCAo模型,分别施以频率1、2、3次/s,时间5、60、180s不同组合下的针刺干预,以大鼠神经功能行为学为评价效应指标。结果:针刺时间和频率参数3次/s,60s较其它实验组能够非常显著的改善MCAo大鼠的行为学,P<0.01。结论:醒脑开窍针刺法中内关穴的针刺频率和时间存在最优搭配方案为3次/s,60s。
Objective:To select the optimal stimulating frequency and time at Neiguan acupoint and twisting method for improving the neurological behavior of MCAo Wistar rats.Methods:Male Wistar rats subjected to MCAo with suture method by Zea-Longa were treated by acupuncture with different matches of stimulating frequency and time(once a second,twice a second,3 times a second;5s,60s,180s respectively).The neurological deficit scores of Wistar rats were assessed as the effecting indicators.Results:The optimal stimulating frequency and time were 3 times a second for 60s,which can improve the neurological deficit score after MCAo very significantly,(P〈0.01).Conclusion:Neiguan acupoint in Xingnao and Kaiqiao method has an optimal frequency and time that is three times a second,lasting for 60s.
