黄芪及其提取物对免疫功能的影响

Effects of Astragalus Membranaceus and Its Extracts on Immune Function

黄芪(Astragalus membranaceus,AM)是一种常用扶正益气药,广泛应用于各种气虚证的治疗。近年来研究表明其可通过各种途径调节机体免疫功能,有较好的抗癌作用,临床研究亦证实其可配合放化疗减毒增效,提高患者生存质量,抑制肿瘤细胞增殖、促进肿瘤细胞凋亡,因此在中医肿瘤内科治疗中发挥着重要作用。文章试从黄芪及其提取物对免疫器官的影响,以及其对树突状细胞、单核-巨噬细胞、淋巴细胞增殖与活化、Th1/Th2平衡、自然杀伤细胞、红细胞免疫、白细胞及白细胞介素、干扰素及肿瘤坏死因子等的影响几个方面对其作用及效应机制作一简单综述。

As a kind of commonly used medicine,Astragalus membranaceus（AM）has been widely used in a variety of treatments of qi deficiency.Recent studies show that it can be used to regulate immune function through a variety of pathways.It has better anti-cancer effect.Clinical studies also show that it can reduce toxicity and enhance efficiency if it is combined with chemotherapy.It can improve the quality of life of patients,inhibit tumor cell proliferation and promote apoptosis of tumor cells.So it plays an important role in traditional Chinese medical treatment of tumor.This article tries to make a simple overview from the effects of Astragalus and its extract on immune organs of rats,and its influence on dendritic cells,monocytes-macrophages,lymphocytes activation and proliferation,Th1/Th2 balance,natural killer cells,red cells,white cells and immune interleukins,interferons and tumor necrosis factors.
