摘要
研究失踪儿童DNA图谱高效对比问题。失踪人员的DNA图谱对比过程较为复杂,耗时较大,传统的对比方法需要将DNA图谱与人员信息库中的信息逐个进行对比,一旦对比失踪儿童数量过多,对比时间耗时巨大,导致传统的失踪儿童DNA图谱对比效率降低。为了避免传统算法的缺陷,提出了一种基于云计算的失踪儿童大规模DNA图谱对比方法。建立云模型,提取失踪儿童DNA图谱特征,对图谱特征进行线性变换,从而完成失踪儿童大规模DNA图谱对比。实验结果表明,这种算法提高了失踪儿童大规模DNA图谱对比的效率。
This paper presented a comparison method of DNA profiles for missing children based on cloud compu- ting. We established cloud model to extract DNA profiles feature of missing children, then linearly transformed the feature in order to complete the comparison. The experimental results show that this algorithm can improve the effi- ciency of large-scale comparison of DNA profiles of missing children.
