摘要
针对电压源逆变器存在的死区效应,提出一种新型的基于电压源逆变器的死区效应消除方法。在分析死区效应产生原因及其影响的基础上,对传统的调制策略进行改进,采用依据电流方向选择开关管进行死区时间插入的方法,消除了死区时间对输出电压的影响,从而消除了死区效应;同时采用间接电流法判断电流极性,无需增加硬件电路,且算法简单,易于数字化实现。该方法已成功应用于基于STM32F103RDT6控制器实现的交流永磁同步电机伺服系统,实验结果证明了该方法的有效性。
A novel dead-time elimination method was presented to eliminate the dead-time effect of voltage source inverters. In this method, the traditional modulation strategy was improved, and the switch transistor which should be injected dead-time was chosen ac- cording to the direction of the current. As a result, the influence of dead - time on output voltage was removed, so the dead-time effects was eliminated. This method detects the current direction indirectly without adding extra hardware circuit, so it has good practi- cability. This method has been applied to a servo system of PMSM based on STM32F103RDT6 and its validity has been proved by ex- oeriments.
