摘要
目的对护士主观幸福感与职业压力、社会支持之间的关系进行研究,以探讨减轻护士职业压力的有效措施。方法以武汉市某二级甲等综合性医院的护士200名为被测试对象,采用问卷调查法,探讨护士主观幸福感与职业压力、社会支持之间的关系。结果护士承受着较大程度的压力;护士的主观幸福感与职业压力呈显著负相关,职业压力越大,主观幸福感越低;护士的主观幸福感与社会支持呈显著正相关;护士职业压力、社会支持水平可以显著地预测其主观幸福感。结论护士职业压力、社会支持与主观幸福感之间存在潜在关联,这给医院管理者们在对护士进行培养、管理时提供了良好的实证依据,有助于制订有效的护理管理措施。
Objective To research in correlations between occupational pressure, social support and subjective well-being, in order to explore effective ways to reduce the occupational pressure. Methods Nurses from a certain grade 2A hospital in Wuhan were selected as research objects. Questionnaires were used to investigate the correlations between occupational pressure, social support and subjective wellbeing. Results Nurses endured a high level burden. The subjective well-being of nurses was negatively correlated with occupational pressure, the higher the occupational pressure, the lower the subjective well-being. The subjective well-being of nurses was positively correlated with social support. The occupational pressure and social support could predict the subjective well-being of nurses. Conclusions There exists potential relationships between occupational pressure, social support and subjective well-being of nurses. This results supports evidence for nursing managers to cultivation and management of nurses, which is helpful to establish effective nursing manage-merit measures.
