泵站进水池悬空高度水力特性数值模拟 被引量:8

Numerical Simulation for Flow Characteristics of Suspension Height in Suction Sump of Pump Station

摘要 鉴于水泵吸水管进口的悬空高度对水泵的进水流态和工作效率的影响,运用三维紊流模拟技术建立了雷诺时均N-S方程和连续性方程,将流速均匀度和水泵流量作为水泵性能评估的目标函数,采用基于标准κ-ε模型和水、气两相流VOF方法,对水泵进水池的不同悬空高度进行了模拟,分析了不同悬空高度下进水池的流动特性,揭示了进水池水流流动的水力性能差异。 The suspension height of the pump suction pipe has impact on the inlet flow patterns and efficiency.Taking the uniformity of flow velocity and pump discharge as the pump performance assessment objective function,based on the RANS equations with standardκ-εturbulence closure model and the VOF method of water-gas two-phase flow,three-dimensional turbulence technology is used to establish Reynolds time-average Navier-Stokes equation and continuity equation,which simulates hydraulic performance of different suspension height in pump suction sump and reveals the difference of hydraulic performance.
