摘要
以新疆多泥沙河流引水枢纽为研究对象,考察了河流水文泥沙特性及引水枢纽工作特性,总结了消能防冲面临着闸后有害淘刷、闸后泥沙沿程淤积和建筑物磨蚀三个主要工程问题,分析和梳理了工程中所采用的各种有效消能工产生的背景、结构形式及变化和设计理念。结果表明,消能防冲设计理念已从集中消能逐渐转向适当消能,对引水枢纽的关注焦点已从单个枢纽工程开始转向对相关河段的影响、乃至人与河流的和谐共处关系上。
Taking water diversion project of sediment river in Xinjiang for an example,the hydrological and sediment features of the river and performance characteristics of water diversion project is investigated.Three main engineering problems of energy dissipation and erosion prevention are summed up,which includes harmful scour occurred in downstream apron,longitudinal deposition of sediment on the downstream river and concrete damage by abrasion and erosion.The background,structure and design concept for various effective energy dissipators in engineering is analyzed.The results show that the design conception of energy dissipation and erosion prevention has been gradually transformed from concentrated dissipation to proper energy consumption;the focus of water diversion project has transferred from single project to the impact of related river reach even the relations of harmonious coexistence between human and rivers.
