都市圈农村收入差异及影响因素分析——以北京市怀柔区为例

Analysis of Income Disparity and Its Influence Factors in Metropolitan-Circle Countryside——Case of Huairou District of Beijing

对都市圈农村居民收入差异进行研究将有助于正确的认识和指导都市农村经济社会发展的实践,准确地判断和选择合适的都市农村经济发展模式,提高农村居民的收入水平,促进地区的生产发展.综合运用直方图、箱线图、基尼系数对怀柔区农村收入差异及其变化情况进行了分析.结合怀柔区资源禀赋特点对造成农村收入差异的地理和交通区位、就业结构、旅游开发、农村投资等重要形成因素进行了理论分析,在此基础上,筛选出了五环距离、景区级别、是否民俗村等关键解释变量,并依据上述变量进行了回归分析.

The study on the income difference in metropolitan-circle villages has practical significance for correct understanding and direction of economic and social development in metropolitan-circle countryside, which can help us accurately justify and choose the appropri- ate mode of rural economic development, enhance the income of rural residents, and further promote the regional development. In this paper, we analyze the income disparity and its change in rural area of Huairou through histogram, box plot and Gini coefficient. In addition, combined with the endowment of resources in Huairou District, theoretical analysis is done on key factors such as traffic location, employment structure, tourism development, rural invest- ment and so on, which cause the rural income disparity. Then some important explanatory variables are selected to regression analysis i.e., the distance away from five rings, level of scenic spot and whether it is a folk village.
