摘要
目的:考察柿叶提取物对小鼠缺氧耐受力的影响,为柿叶在心脑血管疾病方面的应用提供依据。方法:分别以30 mg·kg-1、60 mg·kg-1、180 mg·kg-13个剂量的柿叶提取物给予小鼠连续灌胃30天后,测定常压缺氧存活时间、亚硝酸盐中毒存活时间和急性脑缺血性缺氧喘气时间等指标。结果:柿叶提取物180 mg·kg-1剂量组能够明显延长常压缺氧存活时间;30 mg·kg-1剂量组能显著延长亚硝酸盐中毒存活时间;与正常对照组比较,30 mg·kg-1、60 mg·kg-1、180 mg·kg-13个剂量均能显著提高急性脑缺血性缺氧喘气时间(P<0.01)。结论:柿叶提取物具有提高缺氧耐受力的功效。
This study was aimed to evaluate the effect of Diospyros kaki Extract in enhancing anoxia endurance. The mice of experimental groups were given Diospyros kaki Extract once a day for 30 days, with the dosage of 30, 60, 180 mg/kg BW, respectively. And the negative control group was given distilled water. Then, after 30 days the survival time of mice were measured in anoxia with normal air pressure, in poisoning by nitrite and in acute lack of blood in brain. The results showed that the survival time of experimental groups at dosages of 180 mg/kg BW in anoxia with normal air pressure, 30 mg/kg in poisoning by nitrite and 30, 60, 180 mg/kg BW in acute lack of blood in brain were all longer than that of negative group (P 〈 0.01). It was concluded that Diospyros kaki Extract had a significant effect for enhancing anoxia endurance.
