摘要
"病证-方药-成分-活性"关联性研究有利于揭示中药复方的物质基础及作用机理。本文以元胡止痛方为范例,从中医的角度阐述气滞血瘀型头痛与该方的功效;从现代医药学角度系统总结偏头痛的发病机制、元胡止痛方的化学成分与药理活性等。在此基础上,探索元胡止痛方"病证-方药-成分-活性"关联性,为揭示物质基础与作用机理提供新策略。
The ＂syndromes-formula-composition-activity＂ relating mode is used to reveal the active substance and mechanism of classical prescriptions. In this article, Yuan-Hu-Zhi-Tong prescription was used as an example in the explanation of the pattern of qi stagnation and blood stasis headache and the effect of this prescription from traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） point of view. From modem medicine point of view, the pathogenesis of migraine, chemical composition and pharmacological effects of Yuan-Hu-Zhi-Tong prescription were summarized in order to explore the relation of ＂syndromes-formula-composition-activity.＂ It provided a new strategy to reveal the active substance and mechanism of Yuan-Hu-Zhi- Tong prescription.
