缺水地区水资源承载力模型研究

Study on Bearing Capacity of Regional Water Resources

从水资源、环境、人口、发展之间的关系入手 ,分析探讨水资源承载力的内涵 ,研究思路、步骤 ,并在此基础上 ,初步建立了区域水资源承载力研究的模型体系 ,提出了提高区域水资源承载力的主要方针策略 ,并以关中地区为例 。

Starting from the relations between the water resources, environment, population and development, the connotation, general thinking and steps to deal with the bearing capacity of water resources have been discussed. On this basis,a modeling system of regional water resources concerned has been set up and major policies and strategies are put forward to raise the bearing capacity of regional water resources.
