试论利益矛盾与道德建设

On Interest Conflict and Ethic Construction

利益协调有经济协调、政治协调、法律协调和道德协调等基本方式。社会主义市场经济建设中的道德建设问题是哲学社会科学研究的热点问题,道德建设是社会主义市场经济发展的重要手段。本文从道德规范入手,通过探讨道德与利益关系背离的根源、市场经济活动的有效性离不开道德这一"支持性资源",以及在社会主义市场经济条件下如何加强道德建设等,来阐明我国社会主义市场经济的健康发展、利益矛盾的协调离不开道德建设的保障作用。

There are several basic ways of the coordination of interests such as economic coordination,political coordination,law harmonization and morality coordination.The moral construction in socialist market economy is the hot issues of philosophy and social sciences.Therefore moral construction is an important means of development of the socialist market economy.The paper started from the code of ethics,through exploring the root of the departure of morality and interests,discussing the ＂supportive resources＂ that the effectiveness of the activities of the market economy cannot be separated from morality,as well as how to strengthen the moral construction in the socialist market economy,tried to clarify that the healthy development and the coordination of the conflict of interests of Chinese socialist market economy cannot be separated from the role of the protection of the moral construction.
