社会管理创新：挑战、重点与关系分析--基于县处级以上领导干部的抽样调查分析

The Innovation of Social Management: Challenges,Focus and Relationship Analysis: Based on the Leading Cadres at and above County Level Analysis of Sampling Survey

随着中国城市化的快速发展、社会的急剧转型,我国社会管理和公共服务面临着前所未有的挑战。本文围绕当前加强社会建设、创新社会管理的热点、难点和重点问题,对前来中国浦东干部学院学习的全国306名领导干部进行了问卷调查,在统计问卷的基础上,分析了领导干部对当前我国社会管理现状、困境的评价及他们对今后创新社会管理的进一步思考与探索,这对于相关部门制定社会管理政策具有一定的借鉴意义。

Along with the fast development of city in China and the rapid social transformation,China＇s social management and public services confronted with hitherto unknown challenge.This thesis discusses the strengthening social construction,social management innovation of hot,difficult and key issues.We conducted a questionnaire survey to the 306 leaders studying in China Executive Leadership Academy Pudong.On the basis of the statistics of questionnaire,the paper analyses the leaders＇ evaluation on current management situation,dilemma and their further consideration and exploration for future innovation of social management.It has a certain referential significance for the establishment of social policy.
