摘要
在木质素磺酸盐分子中引入亲油基团进行改性 ,改性后的木质素磺酸盐具有较高的表面和界面活性 ,与石油磺酸盐复配 ,可产生超低界面张力 .研究表明 ,复配体系中木质素组分含量越高 ,表面活性剂浓度越高 ,达到最低界面张力所需时间越短 ;Na OH的浓度太高 ,界面张力升高 .探讨了改性木质素磺酸盐在复配体系中的作用 ,为木质素在三次采油中的应用提供了理论依据 ,并具有实际应用意义 .
When lignosulfonates are used as surfactants in oil water systems, they can not produce high interfacial activity and therefore are ineffective. To enhance interfacial activity and oil recovery efficiency, hydrophobic groups are introduced into lignin molecules to produce modified lignosulfonates (Ⅰ) which are of very high surface and interfacial activity and can produce ultra low interfacial tension when mixed with petroleum sulfonates (Ⅱ). Transient interfacial tension (IFT) behavior is studied to prove that higher ratio of (Ⅰ) in mixtures of (Ⅰ) and (Ⅱ) and higher surfactant concentration cause shorter time reaching the lowest IFT and very high NaOH concentration produce high IFT.
