摘要
基于数值模拟方法 ,运用极坐标形式的扇形网格将电化学反应区域离散化 ,根据内齿轮齿廓和阴极表面方程确定出边界条件 ,对计算区域的电位分布和齿面电流密度分布进行了数值计算 ,得出了齿轮结构参数、工艺参数对齿面电流密度分布的影响规律 .这对于内齿轮电化学修形中阴极结构参数及工艺参数的确定具有很好的指导作用 .
Based on numerical simulation, electrochemical reaction region is dispersed by sector nets. According to gear tooth profile and negative electrode surface equations, boundary conditions are inferred. The numerical simulation of the electric potential distribution in the calculation region and electric current density distribution on the internal gear tooth surface has been done. The relationship between electric potential distribution or electric current density distribution and technical parameters is obtained. It is a great help to research on gear tooth modification with ECM in future.
